Getting Started

How do I create an account? +

Creating an account is simple:

  1. Click the "Get Started Free" button on our homepage
  2. Enter your username, email, and a strong password
  3. Click "Create Account"
  4. You'll be immediately logged in and can start creating short links!

No credit card required for the free plan.

What's the difference between Free and Pro plans? +

Free Plan:

  • Basic URL shortening
  • Limited analytics
  • Standard support

Pro Plan ($9.95/month):

  • Unlimited links
  • Custom aliases
  • 5 custom domains
  • Password protection
  • Advanced analytics
  • API access
  • Priority support
How do I create my first short link? +
  1. Log in to your EziLinks account
  2. Click the "Create Link" button on your dashboard
  3. Paste the long URL you want to shorten
  4. Optionally add a custom alias (Pro only), title, or description
  5. Click "Create Short Link"
  6. Your short link is ready to share!

Billing & Plans

How much does EziLinks cost? +

Free Plan: $0 - Basic features forever

Pro Plan:

  • Monthly: $9.95 AUD/month
  • Annual: $7.46 AUD/month (billed $89.50 annually - save 25%!)

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express

Your payment information is never stored on our servers and is processed securely by Stripe.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime? +

Yes! You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Settings → Account Plan.

When you cancel:

  • You keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months (except as required by Australian Consumer Law)
  • Your account reverts to Free plan when the period ends
  • Your links continue to work, but Pro-only features will be disabled
Do you offer refunds? +

Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a refund if our service:

  • Has a major problem
  • Is not as described
  • Is unfit for purpose

For other cases, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@ezilinks.com to discuss your specific situation.

Account & Security

How do I change my password? +
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Settings → Profile
  3. Scroll to "Change Password"
  4. Enter your current password
  5. Enter and confirm your new password
  6. Click "Change Password"

We recommend using a strong password with at least 8 characters.

Where do I find my API key? +

API access is available on the Pro plan only:

  1. Go to Settings → Profile
  2. Scroll to "API Access" section
  3. Click "Show" to reveal your API key
  4. Click "Copy" to copy it to clipboard

Important: Keep your API key secret! If compromised, regenerate it immediately.

How do I delete my account? +

To delete your account, contact us at support@ezilinks.com with your request.

What happens when you delete your account:

  • All your short links will stop working
  • Your data will be permanently deleted within 90 days
  • Active subscriptions will be cancelled
  • This action cannot be undone
Is my data secure? +

Yes! We take security seriously:

  • All data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS)
  • Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt
  • We never store your credit card information
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • Compliance with Australian Privacy Act 1988
